We source with precision because origin is not a label to us. It is the starting point of every decision we make. We don't roast coffee to fill a bag, we roast to reveal what a specific farm is capable of. We are not the loudest voice in the room. We are the ones still at the cupping table after everyone else has left, adjusting the grind, pulling another shot, trying to get it right. That obsession is IV. It is in the name.
